The Ilmarinen Forge: exceptional craftsmanship in the heart of the Eastern Townships

Ilmarinen Forge is much more than just a metalwork shop. Located in Compton, Quebec, this establishment is a true showcase where tradition and modernity blend, resulting in unique and custom-made pieces.

A range of varied services

The Ilmarinen Forge offers a multitude of services, ranging from design to the creation of unique pieces:

Artistic ironwork: stair railings, gates, furniture. The possibilities are endless. Each creation is carefully designed and crafted to blend harmoniously into any environment.

Watchmaking: the workshop also masters the art of watchmaking, offering repair, maintenance and custom watch design services.

Visit to the forge and demonstration

Visit the artistic ironwork workshop. Immerse yourself in the world of blacksmithing for a 1-hour visit. The tour includes a discussion with the craftsman, a workshop tour, and a blacksmithing demonstration.

The basic activity lasts approximately 1 hour, however, depending on your questions, the passionate craftsman will not hesitate to talk more about his profession and satisfy your curiosity.

Training and internships : La Forge d'Ilmarinen opens its doors to ironwork enthusiasts, offering training and internships to pass on its know-how.
